Stakeback (English)

In the event of a win, the stakee first pays back the buy-ins or the makeup, respectively, and then divides the winnings among the parties involved. This means that the stakee does not get to keep any of his winnings before he has paid back the makeup.

Example 1:

Player A offers the stakers a package worth $1,000 and wants a full staking. The involved parties agree on a cut of 40/60. Player A then goes on to win 2,000$. First of all, the $1,000 are paid back to the staker(s), and the remaining $1,000 are distributed according to the cut ($400/$600 in this case). Every staker receives his percentage of the $600, the total sum that is paid out to the stakers.

Example 2:

Player A offers the stakers a package worth $1,000 and wants a full staking. The involved parties agree on a cut of 40/60. Player A then goes on to win only $400. In this case, the entire sum is paid out to the stakers according to the predetermined percentages.
